We have replaced the batteries with NEW and upgraded the battery charging units with current electronic chargers. We have also made 10’ static ground cables for each machine. This is an excellent opportunity to purchase a great little blaster for your smaller, less intensive cleaning applications for your shop or business. These units offer a powerful cleaning opportunity for businesses where larger more powerful machines are unsuitable and extremely cost prohibitive.

 

The LT 50 machine is the smallest Dry Ice Blaster in the global Market. It is manageable, easy to transport, very popular and is made for continuous duty. This patented dry ice blasting cleaning-machine is made of high quality components. A compact housing contains a CO2 pellet container which supplies dry ice pellets to the grinding unit which is driven by an electric motor. The grinder crushes the pellets to 0.3 - 0.6 mm big blasting particles. An electric control system controls the grinding unit and can be adjusted to optimally suit the respective working pressure and cleaning task.

 

*The compressed air volume flow required is very low, therefore smaller compressors are generally acceptable. In most cases the onsite shop compressed air supply is sufficient for the LT50. Please refer to the specs included for your guideline*. The significant reduction in the compressed air volume flow also reduces noise emission.
